Each project is unique, so we'll inform you in advance about what we require from you. You should have received an email or message with instructions on what to provide and where to upload it. If you haven't, please let us know by sending a message in our Client Chat.
For most projects, your first step is to complete the enquiry form using the button on the right side of this page.
To start our project, you'll have a one-on-one call with us to discuss your business vision and outline the goals we need to achieve together. This session serves as our brainstorming meeting, where we'll clearly define your brand values, personality, target audience, and how you want to differentiate yourself from competitors.
Don't worry, we're the one who will asking you the questions regarding your dream brand or design so you can just sit back and relax while brainstorming together.
That's totally fine! We can provide you with the form and ask you to complete it in under 10 minutes. Once you've filled out the form, just let us know via email, and we can continue the design process through Notion. There's no need to call or worry about our different time zones.

Notion is a portal that will help us stay connected throughout the entire project, from onboarding to offboarding. You can track progress and provide feedback directly through Notion as well.
Notion is totally easy to use and before we started, we can show you how to use it first.
Unfortunately, we don't offer that service yet. We do create logos, but they are included as part of our brand identity service. Our goal is to provide you with a complete version of your brand.
